DO YOU HAVE A SIZING CHART?

Yes. Please check your measurements before ordering. Our products are made to order. For this reason, we do not provide refunds and accept returns for the wrong size.

HOW DO I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you want to change or cancel your order, email us at support@dnaroyalty.com, right away. We have also created a Contact Us link to expedite your request. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we will do our best to accommodate your change.

HOW LONG IS IT GOING TO TAKE?

All orders are printed within 7 days of your order date and then shipped. Shipping times are currently within 3-7 business days. Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. For more information review our Shipping Policy.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email at the address you provided which will contain either tracking information or a U.S. Customs number.
Please refer to the tracking information provided in your email. If no information is available yet, check it again after 12 hours.

DO YOU SHIP TO... AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

We ship to most countries throughout the world. U.S. customers will receive Free Shipping until promotions end. Your best bet is to assemble your order and complete check out. This will give you an exact shipping price (International Orders Only) from us to you for the package that you assembled. There will still be time to edit your order if you wish, after you see the shipping charge.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY SHIRT?

Contact Customer Service via email using the Contact Us link provided. Prior to contacting us, please review the Shipping and Return/Refund policy for additional information.

YOU MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER.

Our bad! It doesn't happen often, but nobody's perfect, and we'll work with you to make it right. Often, this will simply require that you send us a pic of our error so we can a) verify your claim and b) shame the offending department. Just email us using the Contact Us link provided.

DO YOU HAVE DISCOUNTS FOR LARGE ORDERS?

No. We do not discount for large orders.
